Call us first to get a free inspection. We will come out and do a free site inspection with you, show you any damage we find and discuss the options with you. We understand that this is your property, your investment and your insurance company, we will help ensure that you maintain a good relationship with your insurance provider while making sure your property is returned to pre-storm condition and hopefully with additional improvements that increase your property value.
We will give you our estimate to repair your property and once all your questions have been answered we will submit it to your insurance company for approval. We will answer all their questions and work to make sure you get everything you need to completely repair your property.
Upon insurance approval of our repair estimate we will schedule a repair timeline with you. Depending on what the projects are at your property we will need a day to several weeks on site.
We will coordinate the ordering and delivery of all materials and continue to communicate with you if anything changes in the timeline we have scheduled.
Production. We will arrive and begin to work on your approved projects! This is an exciting day and it is always fun for the property owners to see the progress.
Project Cleanup-While we clean up as we go and at the end of each day, at the end of the project we make sure your property is spotless.
Customer approval and then final payment. We will show our customer all the finished work and answer any questions they have. Once they are happy and sign off on a completed project we accept a full completed project payment.
